Once skills during the Consultant in Training role have been mastered, Consultants will continue to gain the first-hand experience necessary to manage a business. Consultants will be responsible for building a weekly prospect list while maintaining frequent communication with their trainer. Consultants will take meetings with their prospects and provide them with all available financial options as well as answer any questions or concerns they may have.
